Blackboard Collaborate Ultra will be updated on January 14, 2021, and it brings the following new features.
Support Chatbot
You can now get assistance with common issues via the Collaborate Chatbot. You can find the new Chat Support feature within the My Settings panel.
Recording Access Indicator Icon
Instructors can now easily see at-a-glance which recordings are locked or made public. A locked recording can only be viewed by people enrolled in the course. A public recording can be viewed by anyone that has the recording link. You can change the recording permissions via Recording settings.
