With the start of the semester, we are seeing higher activity in Canvas and Simple Syllabus, leading to occasional slowness during peak times. Academic Innovation has received reports of duplicate Achieve attempts being recorded in the Canvas Gradebook. This is causing assignments to be marked as late and students to receive an email notification each time grades are synced. We are actively working with Macmillan Support to resolve this issue.

Academic Innovation has received reports of Blackboard displaying 404 errors when downloading Microsoft Office files using the latest version of Microsoft Edge. This issue is due to a new feature released in Edge that opens Office files in the browser. To get around this error, you will need to disable this feature using the following steps:
