Blackboard Collaborate Ultra was updated on December 10, 2020, and it brings the following new features.
Chat Mentions
You can now tag someone in Chat by typing the at (@) symbol followed by their name and selecting them from the list. Moderators are identified with a MOD label, so they are easy to find.
Message Formatting
The Rich Text Editor in the Chat panel has also been updated to allow you to format your messages.
