Some of our digital learning tools experienced disruptions earlier this morning (10/20/2025) due to the widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage. While most tools are now operational, some vendors continue to work toward fully restoring services. We are actively monitoring all systems and will update this page as new information becomes available.

Academic Innovation is aware of an issue currently preventing users from logging into adobe.com. Users who are already logged into Adobe or the Creative Cloud desktop app should not be affected and can continue using services as normal. Academic Innovation has received reports of duplicate Achieve attempts being recorded in the Canvas Gradebook. This is causing assignments to be marked as late and students to receive an email notification each time grades are synced. We are actively working with Macmillan Support to resolve this issue.
