Blackboard Guidelines > User Access
All users can sign on to Blackboard using their myUTSA ID (abc123). Users need to activate their myUTSA id to access Blackboard. For issues with myUTSA ID password or activation, please contact Tech Cafe.
Blackboard uses single sign on. Users must use their myUTSA ID, the same account they use for network and email accounts. If a student forgets their passphrase, they can reset their passphrase UTSA Passphrase Portal or contact Tech Café for assistance
