Please Note: Blackboard Learn (SaaS) automatically backs up all courses with activity within the last 7 days. The server creates these course archives automatically at 2 AM system time. To prevent duplication, courses without activity since the last backup aren’t archived. To save space, each backup is incremental, and may appear much smaller than a manually-created archive.

A new Course Archive policy will  be developed after we move to the SaaS environment to align with the new archiving features available,  until then we continue with the above policy.
